- Basic to advanced level lectures and labs on clinical monitoring.
- CPR Training course for veterinarian-technician teams and technician teams alone.
- Invited lectures by Dr John Marshall, internationally acclaimed expert on sepsis and human critical care.
- A full day of State-of-the-art presentations featured discussions on advances in MOF, pulmonary hypertension, oxidative stress and molecular basis of therapeutics.
- One day devoted to exotic animal EM/CC with an additional ½ day wet-lab.
- Conducted over 40 labs and Small Group Discussion sessions; 75% were sold out prior to the meeting and over 95% of all seats in the sessions were filled.
- A day of Disaster Medicine presentations relating to lessons learned from the 2005 hurricanes.
